Lesson about Surrender Part 2

What makes life  exciting? It's when God gives you the strenght and courage to fight a losing battle despite the fact that all you want to do is surrender.

Lesson about Surrender Part 1

The reason why many are still troubled, still seeking, still making little forward progress is because they haven't yet come to the end of themselves. We're still trying to give orders, and interfering with God's work within us.

Chances come once in a while or in special instances, but opportunities come once in a lifetime.
So you have to seize for it when it's for you.
Remember: An eagle never knew that he could fly until he experienced falling down.
A bird never found the value of being early, until he got the chance of catching the early worm.
A player will never turn pro unless he gets the opportunity to try out.
Chances are made to precede for opportunities.
Opportunities come because of the chances given to you.

Never ever counsel base by experience.

This is the biggest mistake a leader or teacher from the church ever done to me. I don't know how to weigh in every decision back then. Please lang do not be so much prompted giving words of advice to the youth because of your past experinece. We all have different dealings. It will hurt if you act like a prophet. If you say "It will be soon reveal to you by God", and that person believes in you... you are responsible with his or her path and directions.

The Pencilmaker told the pencil five important lessons:

Lesson 1: Everything you do must always leave a mark!

Lesson 2: You can always correct the mistakes you made!

Lesson 3: The inside of you is the most imporant.

Lesson 4: In life, you will go through some painful sharpening that ultimately makes you a better pencil!

And the most imporant lesson is...

Lesson 5: To be the best pencil we can be, we must allow ourselves to be held and guided by the Hand that holds us.

You can be the best pencil you can be if  you want to be one!
